Culinary Sites of 5 Young People Around the World (Including Indonesian)

On 22 September 2011, the site of culinary works of some young man named www.goodfoodgood.com just been published. Goodfoodgood is a food web portal presented in English and aimed at young people around the world. This site has unique characteristics, namely adminnya is a collection of five young people from around the world (America, Slovakia, India, Germany, and Indonesia). The five young people were chosen (also called "fellows") based on the selection made by a European foundation named Dekeyser and Friends Foundation.
Dekeyser and Friends Foundation is a foundation that routinely create interesting projects each year and require young people from around the world to run the project. In 2011, the ongoing project is Teaching Project at Green Chimney, New York and the Culinary Project in Hamburg, Germany. For 2012, they have 2 projects to be implemented ie Football Coaching Project and Conservation Project. (More details can be found on their site, www.dekeyserandfriends.org).
Culinary In this Project, five very different people from both cultures, backgrounds, and this habit of working together to create an information medium in the form of websites about food in the form of a light and informative. In the Goodfoodgood, there is a blog post, video, recipes, and photos that contain the experience of the five "fellows" and also the various challenges that are given a mentor to them for 3 months in Hamburg. For example, they have to run the restaurant with a professional manner with cooking skills and knowledge of each is different, and also must document in the form of media and sharing his experiences in Goodfoodgood. They are not an expert or an expert cook, but they have a similar passion is their love of the culinary world.

Their backgrounds are also very different, like James (United States) he worked in a non-profit organic food market, Mandela Market Place. Sohini (India) is a journalist at a magazine in India. Kristina (Slovakia) was a vegetarian who works as a volunteer teacher. Florence (Germany) an industrial engineering student and have just set up a food foundationnya named Kulina based in Berlin. While the representatives of Indonesia, Vendryana, a student of Science and Food Technology IPB, a volunteer, and trainers in particular on food safety for the children and villagers in the area of Java Island.
The fellows do all this under the guidance of their mentors is one of his famous Chef in Germany who is also active in the field of food media Mälzer named Tim. He has a very famous restaurant in Hamburg, named Bullerei, in addition to that he is also famous as an artist and host for cooking shownya "Tim Mälzer Kocht!" are routinely aired on German television station one. The goal of this project is to create a site with 5 people elected, and create a media aimed at young people around the world to give them inspiration about healthy food.

Goodfoodgood also have a twitter account @ GFGnet that contain updates that exist on the site Goodfoodgood and also the means to interact with the followers who came from all over the world. Vendryana as the representative of Indonesia would like to invite you, who are concerned with the existence of the culinary culture of Indonesia to introduce more Indonesian food to the international world through Goodfoodgood or share your culinary experiences in general.
